Jetlite is a fully owned company by Jet Airways. Jet airways acquire JetLite to enter the low cost airline segments in India. Jetlite operates both domestic and international destinations. Jetlite (Sahara Airlines) operates two tier cities in India along with connecting countries as Nepal and Bhutan. Jet Airways acquires Jetlite in 2007 and start its operation in non profit sectors in India. Jetlite flights are scheduled the way , it do not effect Jet Airways schedules. JetLite connects 30 domestic and two international countries with average of 108 flights daily. Main sectors for JetLite are Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai. Jetlite operates direct flights to these destinations. Apart from these airports, JetLite operates connected or one stop flights to Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and many other cities in India.

Jetlite operates modern standard aircrafts. There are 23 aircraft, which includes 16 Boeing 737 series and 7 Canadian Regional Jets 200 Series in Jetlite fleet.
